LevelUp Family Chores is a family chore and screen-time app operated by ZeusAI ("we"). Parents create and manage all accounts; kids sign in with a login name and PIN created by their parent.
Parent account: email address and name, used only to create and secure your account.
Kid profiles: a first name (or nickname) and a PIN chosen by the parent. Kid profiles have no email, phone number, or contact information.
Family activity: chores, points, rewards, and screen-time sessions your family creates in the app. This content is visible only inside your family.
No advertising and no third-party ad networks. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We never sell data or share it with data brokers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the first name a parent enters. Kids cannot create accounts themselves.
Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) and protected with row-level security so each family can only access its own data. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the name and email Apple shares (you may hide your email).
You can delete your parent account and all family data from Settings in the app. Deletion is permanent. You can also request deletion by email.
